Following the completion of the technical review, your account manager will provide you with specific testing and sampling requirements. The appropriate samples should be shipped to CINA to begin the testing process. You will be provided with a detailed test report, in secure format, upon completion of all necessary testing.
While testing is in progress, a CINA auditor will contact you to schedule an inspection of your manufacturing facility. During this inspection, we will review your manufacturing Quality Control procedures, calibration records, corrective action procedures, traceability, and other records relating to manufacturing quality. Upon completion of the facility inspection, you will receive a detailed report confirming our findings and noting any variances for which corrective action is required. We will work closely with you and your manufacturing facility to resolve all outstanding variances prior to the completion of the testing, as the certification process cannot be completed until all variances are resolved.
